1. 50mm deep saw draft around perimeter of repair at 100mm beyond plate size and all concrete within removed.
2. 4/6 no rough cut holes approx 100m³ (pockets depend on plate size)
3. Surface scabbled
4. Fix compressible board into position
5. Infill pockets with RESARF micro-concrete until overflowing into pre-cut recess
6. Gently lay in steel plate until micro-concrete finds its level, approximately 20mm below upper plate level.
7. Infill remaining 20mm with RESARF H.D. Supportive Joint Filler.
